Our story
From lived experience to lasting change
EPIC was built from years of successful SEND and Alternative Provision practice within Esteem Multi-Academy Trust. For a long time, our support was shared quietly — school to school, leader to leader, through word of mouth and trusted relationships.
Now we are formalising that expertise into a standalone service, so that far more schools can benefit from what we have learned. EPIC transforms real, hands-on experience into practical support that creates meaningful improvement across schools, trusts and local authorities.
