EPIC Learning Communities.

Our Learning Communities are collaborative professional networks grounded in Wenger’s Communities of Practice model, bringing together SEND and AP practitioners to develop expertise, strengthen inclusive practice and engage in purposeful professional dialogue. Hosted termly, these sessions focus on specific subjects, phases and professional roles.

  • Half-day or full-day sessions

    Face-to-face, half-day (9:00–12:00) or full day (9:00–3:00).

  • Guidance, research & CPD

    Access current guidance and research, and engage in high-quality CPD.

  • Shared practice

    Share effective practice and collaborate with colleagues facing similar challenges across the sector.

EPIC Exchange Forums

Our Professional Forums provide accessible online spaces for SEND and AP practitioners to connect, collaborate and remain informed around key areas of practice. These focused one-hour sessions combine sector updates, research-informed discussion, professional learning and peer collaboration, creating supportive communities centred on shared expertise and practical application.

Sessions are hosted termly on Teams after school (3:30–4:30) to support broader attendance.
