Course overview

What this course covers

Many teachers want to teach inclusively but aren’t sure where to start — or worry that adapting for some pupils means holding back the rest. This session bridges that gap. Rather than dwelling on theory, we focus on the small, repeatable changes that make the biggest difference — the adaptive practice, engagement, communication and regulation strategies that help every learner access the lesson and thrive.

Delivered by specialists who work in successful inclusive settings, the programme is hands-on and grounded in real classroom examples. We explore how to adapt your teaching flexibly, build genuine engagement, strengthen communication and regulation, and create an inclusive classroom culture where every pupil feels they belong.

Participants leave with a shared language for inclusion and a toolkit they can use immediately: from practical adaptive strategies and engagement routines, to approaches for communication, regulation and culture that improve outcomes for all learners — starting the very next day.
